Private yoga instruction is a beneficial tool as it can be tailored to meet an individual's specific wants and needs. The more you stretch your muscles, the longer they become. Most people are aware that a tight muscle is a sore muscle. Stretching and having the ability to elongate said muscle is very beneficial. It frees up tension and blood flow, reduces risk of headaches and/or stress, and increases your range of motion. Yoga exercises do not overwork the muscle as it is primarily about repetition and control. With regular practice, you will see improvement in your flexibility, physical fitness and quality of life. *Not billable to insurance*
